Return & Exchange Procedure

Return & Cancellation Conditions
Important: The exchange period is 14 business days. Products must be returned to us for exchange, with all labels and packaging intact, and packaged as they were shipped to you. Products submitted for exchange will be inspected and approved if they comply with the procedure. Products that do not comply with the specified procedure will be shipped back to the buyer.

Because products submitted for exchange are inspected by the production department, the source of the damage is clearly identified and reported. Therefore, any damage that occurs during product testing is clearly identifiable, and exchange requests are not accepted in these cases.

GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Once you receive your product, we strongly recommend that you take a video recording before opening any product. Once the product is returned to us, it will be inspected and evaluated.

Product shipping costs (shipping fees) will be covered by the buyer.

The purchased product will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the specified timeframe. If delivery is not received within the specified timeframe, the buyer may terminate the contract. All shipping/transfer costs not attributable to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product is delivered, the credit card used for payment is detected to have been used unauthorized and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank, the buyer is obliged to return the product within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the seller.

IF DELIVERY DOES NOT TAKE PLACE DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE:
If the delivery time is exceeded due to force majeure unforeseen by the seller, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement for a similar product, or request a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the order is canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days if payment was made in cash, or to the bank within 24 hours if payment was made by credit card (the bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the payment on the card).

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSPECTION:
The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery; products that are damaged, dented, torn, etc. should not be accepted. The product received is considered intact. If the product is to be returned, it must be unused and carefully preserved.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
After the notice of withdrawal reaches the seller, the product price and the documents debiting the buyer will be refunded within 10 days. The product will be received within 20 days.

If there is a loss of value due to the buyer's fault, compensation will be applied in proportion to the damage. However, the buyer will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use during the withdrawal period.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, if the discount amount earned within the scope of the campaign falls below the campaign limit, the relevant discount will be canceled.

If the buyer pays by credit card and defaults, they acknowledge that they will be liable for interest and legal fees in accordance with their contract with the bank. In this case, the seller also reserves the right to claim damages and expenses incurred.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted only for products sold that have manufacturing defects, defects, or faulty products. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for consumer dissatisfaction, size incompatibilities, etc.
