If there is a problem on our side, we will notify you using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. We do not ship on public holidays.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with a transportation and delivery guarantee.

You will be notified of your purchase via a confirmation email. If any of the products you selected are out of stock, you will receive an email confirming the availability and the date the product will be back in stock.
