Cooking Tips

1. For a pilaf with long, separate grains and great flavour, rinse your rice thoroughly to remove the starch on the surface.
2. Then soak in water for about half an hour and drain thoroughly before roasting.
3. This shortens the cooking time.
4. If you add a small amount of lemon juice while cooking the rice, its color will turn whiter.
