Preparation

Ready in 25 minutes. Bulgur with Mixed Vegetables - Water - Sunflower Oil - Butter - Salt

1. Place 3 tablespoons (30 g) of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon (20 g) of butter in a pot and melt them.
2. Empty the entire package into the pot, roast for 2 minutes over medium heat and add 1.5 teaspoons (12 g) of salt.
3. After roasting, add 4 cups (800 ml) of hot water and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes until the water is absorbed.
4. It can be served after resting for 10 minutes; you may add spices as desired.
