Red Lentil Soup

1. 1 cup of Yayla Domestic Red Lentils is added to 1 cup of previously prepared chicken broth.

2. Chopped carrot, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper are added and brought to a boil.

3. Once the lentils are cooked, they are blended with a whisk.

4. Hot water is added according to taste.

5. Served poured over browned butter, with pieces of dried bread.

Cooking Suggestion

Wash thoroughly before cooking. No need to soak beforehand. Cooks in approximately in 30 minutes Add the salt near the end of cooking so the skins do not split.
